My husband wanted me to go in here today looking for boots and a hat for my birthday party in June. I have severe numbness in my feet and legs. I wanted something that would be comfortable for me.
Started off looking at hats and immediately a lady was there to help me. They searched for tons of hats for me and I found one I loved in my colors. We then moved onto boots. Every lady in the store was helping find the perfect pair. When I say they catered to my every need I mean it. They were Amazing. I found the perfect pair but not in my colors so they started searching for a new hat in my new colors. We didn't find any hats in the new colors, so they promised to search and text me ideas. I have never experienced such customer service and help from employees. These ladies were so awesome. If you need any country items run here fast. I thank everyone in that store for everything today!! Definitely a great experience!!
Popped in to get a pair of boots for my husband for Christmas. I was directed to Jess for assistance. I told her what I was looking for, and she immediately pulled several options for me. I settled on a stunning pair of Luchese ostrich skin boots for my husband. Then I told her I might like a pair of boots for myself, too. She quickly assessed my personality and pulled the perfect pair. I was in and out of there quickly, and I could not have been more impressed with the service. Glad I didn't linger though, I would have bought half the store. So many incredible items!

I had arthritis rear it's ugly head
right before Christmas in my ankle and i barely could walk. Had an old pair of boots that I put on during the holidays just to get relief.
Wanted to replace my boots knowing I would need to probably need to make boots my winter Number 1 footwear.
Explained to the gal helping me she was very kind to my bad ankle while I tried on many boots 😁on not causing any further pain.

Came for a belt and left with some very nice boots as well. Never bought boots but the sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I don't really have leather needs but if I needs leather, I'm coming back here.
I had a great experience here! Gina worked her butt off to help me decide what pair of boots to buy while training a new employee. They carried my size in every style I liked, which really impressed me.
From the moment I walked into the store and was greeted I knew this was going to be a great experience. The staff here was so amazing, helped me pick out my gift which was my only intention and I left the with a pair of pants and a nice belt. I'm coming back in the future...
Hands-down, the best place to get boots in western wear Gina was absolutely delightful to work with she went above and beyond to get me fitted and just the right set of boots. I also bought five shirts, hands-down the best looking forward to returning buying more stuff.
